Kabarbhayangkara.com/BANDUNG-Untuk mewujudkan Bandung Kota Ramah Anak, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkpot) Bandung melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DP3APM) membentuk Forum Komunikasi Anak Se-Kecamatan. Forum ini merupakan wadah, media atau pranata untuk menunjang partisipasi anak di bawah usia 18 tahun, yang dikelola oleh anak dan dibina oleh pemerintah.
Peserta forum anak ini terdiri dari Forum Komunikasi Anak Kota Bandung dan beberapa perwakilan dari kecamatan. “Forum anak diperlukan karena suara, aspirasi dan kepentingan anak perlu menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemgambilan keputusan dan merupakan bagian yang terpisahkan dalam pembangunan nasional,” ujar Kepala Seksi Penguatan Kelembagaan Organisasi Anak Pada Bidang Perlindungan dan Pemenuhan Hak Anak, Christine Hartini di Aula Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Bandung, Jalan Seram, Rabu (20/2/2019).
Christine mengatakan, hal tersebut penting karena 35 persen penduduk Indonesia adalah anak-anak. Sehingga Pemkot Bandung wajib merespon aspirasi anak dengan sungguh-sungguh dan proporsional dalam proses pembangunan.
Sejak DP3APM berdiri pada 2017, Kota Bandung sudah mendapat predikat madya untuk Kota Ramah Anak. Peningkatan kemudian terjadi pada tahun 2018, predikat Kota Ramah anak untuk Bandung naik menjadi Nindya.
“Kita berusaha untuk tahun 2019 ini predikatnya bisa naik ke Utama,” ujar Christine.
Setelah pembentukan forum anak kecamatan ini, ke depannya forum anak akan dikerucutkan sampai tingkat kelurahan.
“Karena bagian dari kota layak anak itu adalah aspirasi, apresiasi serta prestasi dari anak di kota tersebut,” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, Iip Syarifudin yang mewakili Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DP3APM) berharap forum ini bisa menjadi forum komunikatif yang menjadikan anak sebagai pelopor.
“Jadi, saat ada Musrenbang nanti, anak-anak harus diundang atau dilibatkan,” ujarnya.(ds)*
