Tim penyidik KPK turut menggeledah rumah mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil terkait penyidikan kasus tersebut.
“Benar,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK Fitroh Rohcahyanto saat dihubungi, Senin (10/3/2025). Dia menjawab pertanyaan soal rumah Ridwan Kamil digeledah di kasus Bank BJB.
Hal senada disampaikan Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto. Dia mengatakan penggeledahan rumah Ridwan Kamil terkait kasus korupsi Bank BJB.
“Betul, terkait perkara BJB,” katanya.
Terpisah, jubir KPK Tessa Mahardhika mengatakan penyidik KPK sedang melakukan penggeledahan di Bandung terkait kasus Bank BJB. Namun dia belum memerinci lokasi penggeledahannya.

“Betul hari ini ada giat geledah Penyidik perkara BJB. Namun untuk rilis resminya, termasuk lokasi, baru akan disampaikan saat kegiatan sudah selesai semua,” jelas Tessa.
KPK sebelumnya telah menyampaikan mulai mengusut dugaan korupsi pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bank BJB). Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto mengatakan surat perintah penyidikan (sprindik) telah diterbitkan.
“Ya karena kami sudah menerbitkan surat perintah penyidikan,” kata Setyo di gedung ACLC KPK, Jakarta, Rabu (5/3).
Setyo belum menjelaskan siapa saja pihak tersangka dalam perkara ini. Konstruksi lengkap perkara ini akan disampaikan pada saat konferensi pers pengumuman perkara.
“Ya kalau tindak lanjut dari penanganannya, pasca-dilakukan rilis terkait penentuan terhadap perkara tersebut. Ya jadi kewenangan dari penyidik, dan direktur, serta deputi lah menentukan kapan akan ditentukan tindak lanjutnya,” ucapnya.
Setyo melanjutkan, jika ternyata sudah ada aparat penegak hukum (APH) lain yang melakukan pengusutan yang sama, direktur penyidikan KPK yang akan berkoordinasi. “Nanti dari hasil koordinasi itu diputuskan sebuah langkah atau tindak lanjut yang akan dilakukan seperti apa,” ucapnya.
