Surat tersebut dikeluarkan berdasarkan pertimbangan telah terjadinya bencana alam angin, banjir, dan tanah longsor di beberapa titik lokasi di Kota Bogor pada 2 dan 3 Maret 2025.
Sesuai hasil kaji cepat dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Bogor, serta untuk melaksanakan ketentuan perundang-undangan bahwa kepala daerah perlu menetapkan Keputusan Wali Kota tentang Penetapan Status Keadaan Darurat Bencana Hidrometeorologi di Wilayah Kota Bogor.
Status keadaan darurat sebagaimana di Kota Bogor ditetapkan selama 30 hari terhitung sejak tanggal 4 Maret – 2 April 2025.
Status keadaan darurat dapat diakhiri atau diperpanjang sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Status yang sama juga berlaku untuk Kota Bekasi.
Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi menyampaikan langkah-langkah penanggulangan banjir di kawasan Bodebek antara lain penanganan warga terdampak seperti evakuasi dan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar sehari-hari.
“Kemudian ke depan, kita akan bangun Bendungan Cibeet sebagai areal tangkapan air, lalu konsep bangunan rumah di daerah langganan banjir harus tinggi seperti rumah panggung yang memiliki kolong, Saya sudah tanya ke warga dan mereka setuju,” kata Dedi di akun IG pribadinya, Rabu (5/3/2025).
Dedi juga menegaskan, Pemdaprov Jabar akan mengevaluasi tata ruang Jabar yang kemungkinan sudah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi alam.
“Hari Selasa, pekan depan akan ada pertemuan dengan pemerintah pusat mengenai evaluasi tata ruang tersebut, terutama dengan Kementerian ATR/BPN,” ujarnya.
Ia menegaskan, apa yang menjadi tanggung jawab Pemdaprov Jabar untuk penanggulangan darurat bencana akan dilakukan sebaik mungkin.
Namun Dedi jug meminta masyarakat untuk bersama-sama menjaga alam.
